Yes! We offer complimentary on-site design consultations for residential properties in our service area. We'll visit your property, discuss your vision, and provide a custom lighting plan and proposal — no obligation whatsoever.
How much does outdoor lighting cost?
Every property is different, so costs vary based on the scope of work, number of fixtures, and complexity of the design. Most residential landscape lighting projects range from $3,000 to $15,000+. We provide detailed, transparent pricing in our proposal after the consultation.
What kind of fixtures do you use?
We exclusively use professional-grade fixtures made from solid brass and copper. These materials are built to last decades, resist corrosion, and develop a beautiful natural patina over time. We do not use plastic, aluminum, or painted fixtures.
How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed in 1-2 days depending on the scope. Larger estate projects may take 3-5 days. We work efficiently while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Do you offer warranties?
Yes. Our installations come with a workmanship warranty and all fixtures carry manufacturer warranties. We also offer maintenance plans to keep your system performing at its best for years to come.
Can I control the lights from my phone?
Absolutely. We offer WiFi-enabled smart lighting controllers that allow you to adjust schedules, dim lights, create scenes, and control zones from your smartphone. We also support voice control through Alexa, Google Home, and Apple HomeKit.
Do you do holiday lighting?
Yes! We offer professional holiday lighting design, installation, maintenance, and post-season removal. We recommend booking by October for guaranteed holiday season installation as spots fill up quickly.
